MULTI-STOREY PARKING FACILITY 

The MULTI-STOREY PARKING FACILITY at King Fahad Cultural Center, commissioned under the Ministry of Culture, was developed to support visitor flow and large-scale cultural events.
The design emphasizes operational efficiency, optimizing vehicle circulation and capacity while adhering to stringent safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Architecturally, the project reflects the local cultural identity through a contemporary interpretation of traditional design elements, reinforcing the cultural significance of the development.

ARAR – NORTHERN BORDERS REGION

QURTUBA MOSQUE DESIGN

The QURTUBA MOSQUE DESIGN PROJECT in Arar – Northern Borders Region is a religious development designed to serve the local community while reinforcing the mosque’s role as a spiritual and social hub.
Our team led the architectural design of the mosque and its site, along with the preparation of technical documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance.
The project reflects a contemporary interpretation of traditional Islamic architecture, emphasizing clarity of form, spatial harmony, and a serene worship environment. The design ensures functional efficiency, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration with the surrounding context.

TABUK PARK DEVELOPMENT 

NATIONAL HOUSING COMPANY

TABUK PARK DEVELOPMENT – NATIONAL HOUSING COMPANY is a public realm development project aimed at enhancing urban livability and creating sustainable, people-centered environments.
Our scope included architectural and landscape design, delivering a cohesive outdoor experience aligned with the National Housing Company’s standards, focusing on user comfort, safety, and functionality.
The project integrates natural elements, climate-responsive materials, and contextual design strategies to create a visually balanced and contemporary public space that responds to its environment.

NORTHERN BORDERS MUNICIPALITY – ARAR 

INVESTOR SERVICE CENTER BUILDING

The INVESTOR SERVICE CENTER BUILDING in Arar, developed under the Northern Borders Municipality, represents a key component of initiatives aimed at strengthening the local investment ecosystem and projecting the city’s economic vision.
Our scope included the architectural design of the facility, emphasizing a distinctive visual identity, contemporary architectural expression, and functional space planning that enhances the experience of investors and visitors.
The project reflects a modern design approach that integrates with its urban context while ensuring operational efficiency, accessibility, and compliance with all regulatory standards.

NATIONAL HOUSING COMPANY (NHC)

BUKHUA PUBLIC PARK

The BUKHUA PUBLIC PARK, commissioned by the National Housing Company, is a comprehensive urban development project designed to enhance livability and create a vibrant public destination for the local community.
Our team delivered a full-scope design solution, including master planning and the integration of recreational and service components tailored to diverse user needs. The design features children’s play areas, open public spaces, pedestrian pathways, and landscaped zones, combining functional efficiency with a refined visual identity.
In addition, we developed complete technical documentation, including detailed drawings, bills of quantities, and multidisciplinary specifications (architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical), ensuring the project’s readiness for implementation.
The project delivers a safe, sustainable, and well-structured urban environment that strengthens the public realm and elevates the urban experience.

TABARJAL CITY – AL JOUF REGION

PUBLIC REALM DESIGN FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING 

The PUBLIC REALM DESIGN FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING in Tabarjal, Al Jouf Region, represents a strategic urban intervention aimed at elevating the public environment and reinforcing the civic identity of the municipal facility.
Our scope included comprehensive site and landscape design, with a focus on efficient circulation planning for both vehicles and pedestrians, spatial organization of plazas, and the creation of a cohesive and functional public realm.
The design draws from local cultural and environmental references through the use of distinctive paving patterns and landscape elements, delivering a context-driven and visually engaging outdoor space.
The project strengthens the role of the municipal building as an active civic node, enhancing usability, accessibility, and the overall urban experience.

The FAÇADE REDEVELOPMENT OF MUSLIM WORLD LEAGUE HEADQUARTERS in Riyadh represents a strategic architectural intervention aimed at redefining the building’s identity and reinforcing its institutional presence.
The design draws inspiration from classical Islamic architectural language, reinterpreted through a contemporary approach that integrates cultural authenticity with modern design principles.
This transformation results in a sophisticated and iconic architectural expression that enhances the building’s prominence, improves user experience, and reflects the global stature of the Muslim World League.
